ALL ROOMS ARE OCEANFRONT WITH LARGE PICTURE WINDOWS THAT OVERLOOK THE WATER. ALL ROOMS HAVE A REFRIGERATOR.
During holidays, rates will increase $20. Holidays include: M.L. King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Harvestfest, Lighting of Nubble, New Year’s Eve.
All rates are based on double occupancy and do not include 7% Maine State Sales Tax. Each additional person $20 per night.
