The Cutty Sark Motel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 2:00 PM – Closing. (Note: Early check-ins are unavailable during peak periods.)
Check-out: By 10:30 AM. (Note: Late check-outs are unavailable during peak periods.)
Parking: We can accommodate one vehicle per room.
Deposit & Cancellation
Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid a fee of one night’s room charge plus tax, please notify us of any cancellations or date changes at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
Processing Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
Property Policies
Smoke-Free Environment: For the comfort of all guests, we are a 100% non-smoking facility (including grounds), pursuant to M.R.S.A. 1541-1550 & 1580-A/B.
Pet Policy: We maintain a no-pet environment.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. During these times, our lawns and oceanfront terraces are closed to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all.
Exclusive Access: Use of the grounds and facilities is reserved strictly for registered guests.
Room Occupancy & Rates
Occupancy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests (ages 5+) are welcome for a charge of $20.00 per person, per night.
Room Limits: Maximum of 4 guests per double room; 2 guests per single room.
Room Assignments: While we strive to honor specific room requests, we cannot guarantee room numbers and reserve the right to move guests to an equal or upgraded room style.
